General Information
The 5K Foam Fest - Okanagan is an obstacle course style fun run. The event takes place on June 13, 2026, in Sun Peaks, British Columbia.
Course and Obstacles
The course is approximately 5 km long and features over 25 optional obstacles. These include the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and a foam feature.
Participation Requirements
The event is open to all ages and abilities. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must adhere to all course rules. Children aged 6 and under cannot run the 5 km but have free access to a kids zone with inflatable features, under adult supervision.

Registration includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, a shower station, change room access, festival area access, a free kids zone, and free downloadable event photos.
Festival Area and Services
The festival area features music, food vendors, local shopping, and a beer garden. Spectators have free access to the festival area.
Practical Information
Start waves begin at 8:00 AM and then go every 15 minutes until 2:00 PM. No refunds are offered, but transfer options are available. Group and corporate discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
