The 5K Foam Fest - Okanagan, BC
The 5K Foam Fest takes place on June 13, 2026 at Kin Beach, Tronson Road, Vernon, BC, Canada. It is a 5 km obstacle course based fun run held alongside a festival area on site.
The event features over 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and a substantial volume of foam. Music plays throughout the day and the festival area includes a free kids zone for children 6 and under, food vendors, local vendors and a beer garden.
Obstacles are optional and participants may proceed at their own pace. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden. A single entry registration includes the run plus items and services at the site such as a festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, free kids zone and a free finish line photo; course photos are available for purchase.
Age rules state participants must be at least 7 years old; children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while those 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone.
