Season's Edge Trail Run
Season's Edge Trail Run takes place on North Okanagan trails at Predator Ridge and Ellison Provincial Park near Vernon, BC. The event offers two approximate distances and courses featuring flowing singletrack, forested sections, and rolling terrain.
Course conditions listed include mud, packed dirt, light snow in shaded areas, a notable climb, and technical descents on the 10 km route. Trail shoes with solid grip are recommended. The race is cupless so participants should bring their own drinking container. Water and Tailwind will be provided at the start/finish area along with some small snacks.
Practical details provided by the organizer: registration opens November 1, waivers must be completed online prior to race day, and there are no refunds. Entry fee is CAD 15 plus taxes and applicable fees. Course marking will use flagging, tape, powder, and signs, and marshals will be positioned along the route.
Post-race meal service is included for registered racers and lists chili, hotdogs, and non-alcoholic beverages. Environmental rules require staying on the trail and no littering; race officials may remove participants for rule violations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
