Thanksgiving Day 5K Run & Family Stroll
The Thanksgiving Day 5K Run & Family Stroll is the 37th annual edition presented by T-Mobile. The event is hosted at the Aspiria campus, 6240 Sprint Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66211. It includes both an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option.

- Virtual 5K completed remotely
The event benefits the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation and WIN for KC. One hundred percent of proceeds fund the organizations' mission of improving Kansas City through sports, including efforts to attract major events such as the 2023 NFL Draft and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Registration details are set by the organizer. Registration opens March 30, 2026. In-person registration closes October 5, 2026 and has a fee of $35.00. Virtual registration closes November 25, 2026 and has a fee of $40.00. Each participant must be officially registered under their own name with accurate personal information; failure to do so will void the registration and prohibit participation. Registration fees are non refundable in all cases.
