Purpose and charitable partners
Proceeds benefit the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation and WIN for KC and support their mission of promoting sports events in the Kansas City region. The event also supports Operation Breakthrough. Organizers collect financial contributions and physical donations at packet pickup and on race day. Requested donation items include food, hygiene products, children's books, and gently used children's clothing.
