Holiday Luminary 5K
The event takes place at the Overland Park Arboretum with the start and finish near the LongHouse Visitors Center. It offers a preview of the holiday light display before the display opens to the public. Along the course there will be carolers, music, and cookie aid stations. The finish area features holiday entertainment, post race music and dancing, photo opportunities, and raffle prizes.

All finishers receive a lighted finisher medal. Registrants who sign up before the shirt deadline on November 17 receive a long sleeve event shirt in unisex sizes. Light up accessories and other holiday themed race items are available as part of the event experience.
Race entry fees are listed per event. The Overland Park Arboretum requires a separate mandatory admission ticket for anyone attending: $7 for adults, $3 for ages 6 to 17, and free for children 5 and under. Admission tickets are required in addition to the race entry fee and will be distributed at packet pickup. Results and age group winner awards are provided with prizes for first place in each age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
