Team Rocket Heel & Crank Duathlon

The Team Rocket Heel & Crank Duathlon is a multisport event held in Huntsville, Alabama. The competition takes place at the ADTRAN venue located within Research Park. Participants can choose to compete in the following categories:

The race structure consists of a run, followed by a bike segment, and concluding with a second run. The event utilizes two distinct courses for the first and second run segments, providing athletes with unique routes for each portion of the race. The first run is held in coordination with The Big Run 5k Madison.

The individual event is open to participants aged 12 and older. Registration options are available for solo competitors as well as two or three person relay teams.
