Online registration is open and race day registration may be available if space remains. Optional early packet pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, December 5 at Fleet Feet Huntsville, 181 Hughes Rd, Suite 17, Madison, AL 35758. Race day packet pick-up occurs at Palmer Park.
Course information includes interactive maps and a course video, with distinct routes for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon plus an alternative half marathon route. Aid stations are placed at approximately 1.5, 2, 5, 6.5 (turnaround), 8, 11, and 11.5 miles and will be stocked with Marten energy gels, water, Gatorade, and fruit.
To switch race distances before race day, notify the organizer or indicate the change at packet pick-up; on race day notify the head timer at the finish line before starting the new distance. Age groups start at 19 and under and proceed in typical five year bands through 70 plus. Awards go to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female in each age group. Participants must be present on race day to receive medals. Parking is located near the lower fields ballparks pavilion. A portion of proceeds benefits Rotary of Madison. Santa swag is provided.
