Chase The Sun Tatton Park
The Chase The Sun event at Tatton Park features road races within the grounds of this Cheshire estate. The course uses roads inside the park that are closed to motor traffic for the duration of the event. The terrain is described as undulating, providing a variety of gradients for participants.
The event offers two main race distances:
- 5k
- 10k
Each course is accurately measured and uses chip timing to provide results for every runner. The races begin, navigate the internal roads of the park, and conclude within the park grounds. Marshals are positioned throughout the course to provide guidance and support.
Participants receive several items as part of their entry, including a unique themed medal, post-race goodies, and access to free race photos. An event village is available on-site, offering various food and drink options such as coffee and items provided by event partners.
