Ranger Ultras PB50km Ultra

The Ranger Ultras PB50 is a 50-kilometer trail running event in the Peak District. The 2026 edition takes place on a new course starting from the village of Hayfield. The route is a single loop using trails including the Pennine Bridleway, Pennine Way, and Limestone Way. It features 1840 meters of total ascent.

The event has a flexible start window. Participants can choose to begin their run individually or in a group between 09:00 and 10:30. There is a final cut-off time of 21:00. The race is self-navigated using public rights of way and official trail markers, with a GPX file provided to entrants.

On-course refreshments (water, soft drinks, and snacks) are available at approximately 6 km, 25 km, and 40 km. At the race headquarters, finishers receive hot drinks and pizza.

All runners must carry compulsory kit, including a waterproof jacket, warm mid-layer, map, head torch, emergency bivvy bag, and fully charged mobile phone. A kit check is conducted before the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
