TapSocial Brewery 10km
The TapSocial Brewery 10km is a running event based at the Tap Social Movement tap room in Oxford. The host venue is a social enterprise that operates as a craft brewery and bakery to provide training and employment opportunities for prison leavers. Originally scheduled for March, the event takes place in July.
The course features a variety of terrain and scenery. The route includes quiet country roads, a nature reserve, and stretches along a river towpath. The path is well sign-posted and marshals are stationed throughout the course to assist participants.
Participants receive several items and services as part of their entry:

The event utilizes chip timing technology, allowing for results to be accessible immediately after finishing. Registered runners have access to free event photos for download and on-site first aid services.
Finishers receive a metal beer-themed medal. Additionally, a free half-pint of beer is provided at the finish line, with options including a lager, a gluten-free pale ale, or an alcohol-free pale ale. The venue features live music after the run, and there is an option to purchase food and drink packages on the day. Awards are presented to podium finishers and winners within specific age groups.
