ENGINE RACE PART 3.1
Engine Race Part 3.1 is a community fitness event organised by Fitness Blueprint at Berryfields, Aylesbury (HP18 0PE). The event offers solo entries or pair entries open to same-sex or mixed pairs. Ticket options include pair tickets that cover two people and solo tickets shown at checkout. The event runs across three ability categories: Legends, Athletes, and Beginners, with each category scheduled separately.
The challenge consists of seven workout stations with a running segment between each station. The sequence of activities is: Start Line, Run, Ski, Run, Front Plate Carry, Run, Row, Run, Med Ball Sit Ups, Run, Alt DB Snatch, Run, Devils Press or Burpees, Run, Box Step Ups, Run, Finish Line. Distances and loads for each category are provided by the organiser in event materials.
Perks for participants include a branded ENGINE RACE patch, goody bags, Red Bull on tap, and drinking water. Onsite amenities listed by the organiser include toilets, a cake sale, nearby coffee outlets, and parking at Aylesbury Vale Parkway Station (charged via RingGO). Participants are advised that food may be brought for the day.
The event supports the Nick Willoughby Fund, which funds heart screening for young people and supports grassroots sports clubs and talented young athletes.
