Tapping of the Great Pumpkin 10k, 5k, 2 Mile & Lil' Pumpkin Kids Run

The courses follow the Lower Gwynedd Township Treweryn Trail system. This is a road run/walk rather than an off-road trail race; organizers describe most of the surface as flat and smooth with a few areas that may be uneven. The setting includes fall foliage and leaf cover typical of the season.
Additional event features include chip timing for the 5k and 10k, a Scoogie designed finisher's medal for finishers, a costume contest, an awards ceremony, and an after-party with food provided by Penna's Italian Market and beer provided by Well Crafted Beer Company. Food is free for participants with a race bib; beer is free for those over 21 with a race bib.
Participants are asked to enter via the main Gwynedd Mercy University entrance off Sumneytown Pike. The event is held rain or shine; organizers state there are no refunds, transfers, or credits and reserves the right to revise or cancel for emergencies or weather.
