About the race
T-Mac's 5K Run/Walk is a community running event held at Baldwin Harbor Park in Baldwin, NY. The event offers a looped course layout and on-site amenities at the park.

The 5K course is two loops and participants pass the finish area twice so results and splits are recorded. The 1.5 mile option is one loop and receives a recorded finish and event photos. Bathrooms are located in the Baldwin Park building behind the tennis courts. Parking is available by the tennis courts.
Event amenities include a T‑Mac’s Run t-shirt for the first 200 registrants, a commemorative bib, a finisher’s medal for all participants, after-race refreshments, and access to the park building and restrooms. There is no formal bag check; participants are responsible for their own belongings.
Bib pickup is available in person through event staff and virtual bibs are shipped to participants. Registrants who register three weeks in advance may receive a personalized race number. A self lookup area is available for those who do not know their bib number.
Awards are given to top overall male and female, top cancer survivor, and top three finishers by male and female age groups from 12 & under through 80 plus. Proceeds support kidney cancer research, cancer patient advocacy, and scholarships, with the American Cancer Society named as the signature beneficiary.
