About the race
T-Mac's 5K Run/Walk 2027 is presented for Baldwin at Baldwin Harbor Park, 3219 Grand Ave, Baldwin, NY 11510. Registration is not yet open.
Event distances include:
- 5K Run/Walk : two loops; participants must pass the finish area twice to record accurate splits and finish times and to receive event photos.
- 1.5 Mile Walk : one loop; participants receive a finish time and event photos.
Amenities listed for participants include a T-Mac’s Run T-shirt for the first 200 registrants, a commemorative bib, a finisher’s medal for all participants, after-race refreshments, and bathroom access in the Baldwin Park building behind the tennis courts. Parking is available by the tennis courts.
Awards are planned for the top overall male and female, top cancer survivor, and the top three in male and female age groups: 12 and under, 13–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70–79, and 80 plus.
Bib pickup is available in person through event staff on race day and virtual bibs are shipped; the shipping window ranges from one week prior to one week after the event. Participants should be prepared to look up their bib number if needed.
Proceeds will support kidney cancer research, cancer patient advocacy, and various scholarships. The signature beneficiary for the year is the American Cancer Society.
