Rockaway Beach Turkey Trot
The Rockaway Beach Turkey Trot takes place in Rockaway Park, New York. The event is organized at Beach 108th Street and the Boardwalk, with activities centered around this coastal location and a nearby local venue, Healy's Pub. Participants have the option to choose between two different distances:
- 3.1 Miles (5K)
- 1 Mile Walk
The course for the event is situated on the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk, providing a flat running surface along the ocean. Registration and bib tag pickup are handled at 108-07 Rockaway Beach Drive. Both the start and finish lines are located at 108th Street on the boardwalk.
Water stations are positioned at multiple locations along the route for participants. All individuals who complete their chosen distance receive a commemorative medal. Additionally, the event includes one beverage for participants following the race.
