The event is scheduled for November 26, 2026, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. It features a USATF certified, mostly flat and fast loop that starts at the north end of Meadow Lake and passes the Unisphere, Fountain of the Planets, Queens Zoo, New York State Pavilion and Queens Museum of Art. The 5K is one loop; the 10K is two loops. Certification codes NY16032JG and NY16033JG apply.
On-course services and race amenities include free parking in the Meadow Lake Boat Rental parking lot, bag check, aid stations roughly every mile, RaceResult chip timing, custom finisher medals and beanies, a running glove giveaway, and free finisher photos. Packet shipping to US addresses is available for a fee with a November 14 cutoff; packets ship November 16. There is no race day registration and entries cannot be transferred to another person.
A Kids Race for children under 13 covers about 400 meters or less and will be run in multiple heats. Each child receives a mini bib, a finisher medal and a small gift; pre-reserved fee is $3 and race-day fee is $5 payable in cash. Participants must be at least 13 years old for the 5K and 15 years old for the 10K. Strollers and all wheeled devices are not permitted.
