About the race
The Sydney Striders 10K Series is a sequence of road races held around Sydney and sponsored by Pace Athletics. The series comprises monthly 10 km events staged at venues including Sydney Olympic Park, Lane Cove National Park and North Head National Park, with Race 10 taking place at The Barracks Precinct on North Head Scenic Drive in Manly.
Races are scheduled on the first Saturday of each month from February to November, with no race in May. Race 4 of the series is the Sydney 10, organised by Athletics NSW. Visitors aged 12 and over may enter; entry is free for Sydney Striders Road Running Club members, who do not need to register.
Registration for non-members includes on-the-day prizes, post-race refreshments, official results and professional photographs. Where a fee applies, the listed amount for visitors and non-members is A$15.00, inclusive of mandatory charges and fees.
Event materials identify a 10K Director as the event contact and list Pace Athletics as a sponsor. The Barracks Precinct at North Head Scenic Drive in Manly is given as a race venue for the North Head round of the series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
