Bondi to Manly Ultra
The Bondi to Manly Ultra is an 80 km point-to-point running event on Saturday 24 October 2026 that follows the Bondi to Manly walking track around Sydney Harbour. The course starts at the Bondi Pavilion and finishes at Manly Beach, running along cliff tops, harbour foreshore and through national park areas.
The event is offered in multiple formats:
- DENZA 80 km Ultra: solo run
- 2 x 40 km relay: two legs of 40 km each (sold out)
- 4 x 20 km relay: four legs of about 20 km each (sold out)
The route is described in four legs with distance and elevation gain:
- First leg: 19 km, 329 m elevation gain, Bondi Beach to Lyne Park, Rose Bay.
- Second leg: 20 km, 360 m elevation gain, Lyne Park to Milson Park, North Sydney.
- Third leg: 23 km, 326 m elevation gain, Milson Park to Clontarf Reserve, Clontarf.
- Fourth leg: 18 km, 256 m elevation gain, Clontarf Reserve to Manly Beach via North Head.
