Swinner Swagger
Swinner Swagger is a loop event taking on half of the DR30 route with a 16 kilometre (10 mile) course. The route starts and finishes near Usha Gap Campsite in Muker and follows a loop through Hartlakes to Keld, ascends Swinner Gill, drops toward Gunnerside and returns along the River Swale.
The course uses grassy paths, a shooters track and a couple of short road sections. Trail shoes are recommended while road shoes may be acceptable in good conditions. The event has a minimum age of 16 years.
Support and logistics include generous cutoffs, fully stocked aid stations with vegan and gluten free options, a hot meal and drinks for finishers, marshalls on course, GPX and a map, and car parking. Entries opened on 22 October 2025 and close on 28 June 2026. Entry fees are listed for UKA members at £22 and non members at £24. At the time of listing there were 14 participants entered.
