Entry fees vary. The event is for adults only, and dogs are not permitted. Specific terms and conditions apply. A full refund is available up to one month before the event, minus an admin fee.

The entry fee includes refreshments such as tea and toast at registration, snacks at checkpoints, a meal at the finish, and a finisher certificate. Showers and changing facilities are available at the finish.

The start and finish is at Harmby Village Hall, Leyburn, North Yorkshire.
