Stately Trails: Aske Hall
Stately Trails: Aske Hall is a trail running and walking event held within the private grounds of a Georgian country house located north of Richmond. The event utilizes the parkland of the estate, which features historical landmarks such as a Gothic-style folly, a Roman-style temple near a lake, and a Victorian stable block.
Participants can choose between two primary distances:
- 5 km (open to runners and walkers aged 13 and older)
- 10 km (open to runners aged 16 and older)
The multi-terrain courses consist of farm tracks, pasture fields, and woodland sections. Due to the nature of the terrain, underfoot conditions may include mud. All routes are fully marked for navigation.
The event provides on-site car parking for attendees. All participants receive finisher food upon completion of their distance, with dietary options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free available if requested during the entry process. Optional commemorative items, such as a coaster-medal, and additional food for spectators can be purchased during registration. This event serves as the final installment of the 2026 Stately Trails series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
