Event
The SVDP Church of Our Saviour FOP 5K Run/Walk is a fundraising event in Cocoa Beach, FL that supports the local Conference of Our Saviour of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. This is the third annual Friends of the Poor Walk. The event offers both an in-person 5K out-and-back run or walk from the church parking lot onto Banana River Drive and nearby residential streets, and a virtual 5K option. Registration fees are $28 for the standard 5K and $15 for children ages Pre-K through 17. A free kids dash will be held after the 5K is completed. All participants are chip timed.

Logistics, awards and rules
Packet pick-up is available at Our Saviour Catholic Church in the Angel Room on dates before race day and also at the race site. Parking is located at Our Saviour Catholic Church. Dogs are permitted on a leash. Post-race refreshments will be available for participants.
Awards are given for overall and age categories, including overall male and female places, masters and grand masters, and top finishers in youth groups (ages 12 and under, and ages 13-18).
