Event overview
The Medal Madness 5K & 10K at Merritt Island takes place on September 19, 2026, at Kelly Park West in Merritt Island, FL (2455 N Banana River Dr, 32952). The event offers the following race distances:

Course and logistics
The start area is located by the tennis courts. The course is on asphalt and follows an out-and-back format that is repeated during each race: the 5K completes the loop twice and the 10K completes the loop four times.
