Surf Run
Adelaide Trail Runners presents the first Surf Run on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. The event is about a 1.5-hour drive south of Adelaide. It serves as Race #5 of the 2025-26 Summer Series.
All action starts and finishes at the Port Elliot Caravan Park, with Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliot as the starting point. The runs head in the direction of Goolwa, which is approximately 11km from Port Elliot.
Distances offered are:
- 21.1 km Half Marathon
- 15 km
- 10 km
- 5 km
A 2 km kids race is held on the Saturday afternoon.
All Sunday finishers receive a finishers medal. The top three male and female finishers in each Sunday event receive winners' medals.
Bib collection and a sponsors expo take place at the Port Elliot Caravan Park on the Saturday afternoon before the race. There will be multiple aid stations and public toilets along the course. The towns of Port Elliot, Goolwa, and nearby Victor Harbor offer numerous accommodation options. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
