Brooks Surf Coast Trail Marathon 2026
The 12th edition of the Surf Coast Trail Marathon takes place in Torquay VIC, Australia on June 20, 2026. The event stages trail races that follow the Surf Coast Walk from Torquay to Fairhaven and passes landmark coastal locations including Bells Beach, Point Addis, Anglesea and Split Point lighthouse at Aireys Inlet. The course is described as relatively non-technical, non-remote and non-mountainous while offering coastal viewpoints and varied singletrack.
Distances offered:
- 42 km marathon; solo or teams of two splitting the distance.
- 21 km half marathon.
- 8 km singletrack taster from Urquharts Beach to Fairhaven.
The event program includes event registration, bus transfers to key points on the course, race briefings, race presentations, and post run music food and drinks at Aireys Pub. Registration is tiered with multiple pricing categories and team marathon entries are priced per person.
