Event overview
The Anglesea Roo Run takes place in Anglesea on 27 December 2025. The event is presented by the Anglesea Discovery Camp and is in its 12th year. Races and course
The event programme includes multiple running and combined events on coastal terrain and beach sections. Distances and formats include:
- 8 km Soulful Living Roo Run
- 4 km Anglesea and District Community Bank Roo Run
- Combined 4 km + 8 km A-Z Plumbing 2XRoo (best combined time)
- 1.2 km Rock 2 Ramp swim, combined with the 8 km run for the Go Ride a Wave Surf n Turf (enter each event separately)
- 1.6 km Anglesea Medical Centre Grommets Gallop - U12 beach gallop from Boat Ramp to The Point and back, finishing at the AMYC boat ramp
The Janet Jones Classic is an all-abilities event run with the Grommets Gallop. Family entrants in the 4 km event are automatically entered in the Anglesea and Community Bank Surf Coast Community Cup category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
