Event overview
The Anglesea Roo Run is scheduled for 27 December 2025 in Anglesea, Victoria. The event is presented by the Anglesea Discovery Camp and organised in association with local clubs and sponsors. The program includes races for adults, juniors and all-abilities participants. Family entrants are placed in a special community cup category in the 4km event. The Rusty Anchor Bar operates after the event.
Race categories and distances
- 8 km - Soulful Living 8km Roo Run, the main individual event.
- 4 km - Anglesea Discovery Camp 4km Roo Run.
- 2XRoo - Combined entry into the 4km and 8km events with a combined-time result.
- Surf n Turf - Combined result from the 8km Roo Run and the Rock 2 Ramp swim (separate entries required).
- 1.6 km - Anglesea Medical Centre Grommets Gallop for under-12s, run along beach/coastal walk and finishing at AMYC.
An all-abilities event is run in conjunction with the Grommets Gallop, and Starfish Nippers and their carers are expected to participate. The Surf n Turf event is organised with the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club.
