Anglesea Roo Run

Anglesea Roo Run takes place on 27th December 2025 and is presented by the Anglesea Discovery Camp. The event includes a range of timed running events, a junior beach gallop, and a combined run and swim category run with the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club.

The Anglesea Medical Centre Grommets Gallop is a 1.6 km beach gallop from the Boat Ramp to The Point and back, looping around the start of the Coastal Walk and finishing at the AMYC boat ramp. The Janet Jones Classic is held in conjunction with the Grommets Gallop as an all abilities event. Family entrants in the 4 km event are automatically entered in the Anglesea and Community Bank Surf Coast Community Cup category.
