Event Overview
The Super Mom 5k and Fun Run is a family-oriented athletic event held at Belmont Lake State Park in West Babylon, New York. Moving to this new location for the 2026 edition, the race takes place on a flat and scenic course on Long Island. The event is open to participants of all ages and capabilities, including runners, walkers, and joggers. Jogging strollers are permitted on the course.

- Fun Run (specifically for children 12 and under)
Awards and Amenities
The 5k race includes an awards ceremony for the top three male and female finishers overall. Additionally, awards are provided to the top three male and female finishers in several age categories, ranging from 14 and under to 85 and older. Participants who register by April 29th are guaranteed an event t-shirt. Race results are made available online after the conclusion of the event.
Community Involvement
Organized by the Strong Island Running Club, the event supports several charitable initiatives. It raises funds for Team Red, White and Blue to support veterans and collaborates with the Nest Egg to provide services and care packages for local mothers and families. The organizers also conduct a food drive for Island Harvest, requesting that participants bring non-perishable food items to the event location.
