Super Bowl 5K - Polar Cats Race #3
The Super Bowl 5K is the third race in the Polar Cats Winter Race Series and is scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2026. The event is a 5K held at Seneca Park - Wegman Lodge, located at 1387 Mount Hope Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607. Participants are encouraged to wear team gear for Super Bowl Sunday. Warm drinks and snacks will be available at the finish line. A post-race party and the Series Awards Ceremony follow the race.
Series details and logistics
The Polar Cats Winter Race Series comprises four themed 5K races on these dates: Holiday Bowl 5K on December 6, 2025; Sugar Bowl 5K on January 18, 2026; Super Bowl 5K on February 8, 2026; and Cereal Bowl 5K on March 1, 2026. Series registration includes Polar Cats sweatpants (with an upgrade option to Vuori joggers), a race T-shirt for the Holiday Bowl, entry to all four races, post-race refreshments, and eligibility for age group and overall prizes. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers and to the top two age group winners for each race and for the overall series. Packet pickup is available Friday, February 7 at Rochester Running Company (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and on race day at the race site (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM).
