Super Age Games 2026
A one-day event on Nov 7, 2026 in New York City that focuses on functional markers linked to healthy aging. The Games consist of eight trials that evaluate a range of physical, cognitive, and social capacities used by longevity researchers.
Each trial measures a different healthspan marker, including grip strength, aerobic capacity, agility, balance, functional strength, endurance under load, working memory under physical stress, and relational capacity. Trials take place at a historic venue in Washington Heights, The Armory Track.
Training resources are provided through the Super Age Standard and are included with registration. The Standard offers baseline assessments across the eight biomarkers, personalized training protocols, daily routines, warmups, and recovery guidance. Programming is offered for bodyweight, home equipment, and full-gym formats.
Ticket options include an Athlete Pass, a Champion Pass, and a Spectator ticket. The Athlete Pass lists a base price of $399 plus processing and includes competition access, a Games Longevity Report, a one-year subscription to the Standard, a personal video highlight reel, community access, and commemorative items. The Champion Pass lists a higher base price and adds clinical lab testing, an enhanced longevity report, coaching consults, equipment, and VIP services. Spectator admission lists a $30 price and free entry for those 17 and under.
Additional details: participants must be 18 or older; registration closes 48 hours before the event or when capacity is reached; all equipment for the trials is provided and bag check is available; preliminary results are provided during the event and the full Super Age Healthspan Assessment is delivered within seven days.
