Super Age Games : New York City, November 7, 2026
The Super Age Games is a one-day longevity fitness competition held at The Armory Track in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The event features eight trials designed around scientific markers of healthspan, including tests of grip strength, aerobic capacity (VO2 max), agility, balance, functional strength, endurance under load, working memory under physical stress, and relational capacity.
All equipment for the trials is provided on site, and a bag check is available. Participants must be 18 or older. Preliminary results are provided during the event, with a full Super Age Healthspan Assessment delivered within seven days. Registration closes October 7 or when the event sells out. All sales are final; transfers are permitted up to four weeks before the event for a fee.
The Super Age Standard training platform is included with athlete entries and provides baseline assessments across the eight biomarkers (a Longevity Fingerprint), personalized training protocols, and daily routines for bodyweight, home equipment, or full gym settings. Ticket categories listed for the event include Athlete Pass ($399), Champion Pass ($1,299), and Spectator Ticket ($30).
