Sundowner 5K Series
The Sundowner 5K Series is a summer evening running series that visits three Edinburgh parks: Leith Links, Fettes and Inverleith Park. Each event runs on inner trail paths and is supported by marshals and clearly marked courses. The series is supported by FNZ and includes race photography.
Events are chip timed and offer finisher medals. Prizes include fastest male and female in each age category at each event, spot prizes and a special prize for the most improved runner across the three races. Warm-ups are available through Westwoods Health Club.
Entry is available per race or for the full series. The listed cost is £12 for a single race or £30 for all three events. Each event has a maximum of 250 entries. Online entry is available and a limited number of on-the-day places may be offered subject to availability. The series welcomes runners of varying experience and aims to provide a friendly, structured setting for running multiple short races over the summer evenings.
