Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival 2026
Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival takes place in Kirkcaldy on 29 and 30 August 2026. The event features multiple race formats, an Event Village with family activities, and official merchandise including hoodies, t shirts, vests and caps.

- K107 Superhero Fun Run (children)
The half marathon route passes through Beveridge Park, Dunnikier Park, Ravenscraig Park, parts of the coastal path, historic Dysart and the Waterfront. The course is undulating and the route description notes about 236 m of elevation.
The trail races start within Dunnikier Park. The 5 km course is one lap and the 10 km course is two laps of the same approximately 5 km circuit. Surfaces include grass, tarmac, gravel, soft trail and field edge, so footwear selection should reflect mixed terrain.
The K107 Superhero Fun Run is a short, child friendly event where children may run, walk, skip or use walking aids. Bikes and scooters are not permitted. The entry operates on a pay as you please basis with a suggested Crowdfunder donation of £3. Superhero costumes are encouraged.
