Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival 2026
Kirkcaldy Parks Running Festival takes place in Kirkcaldy, Scotland on 29 and 30 August 2026. The festival features multiple events and an Event Village with activities intended to provide family entertainment.

The half marathon route passes several local landmarks, including Beveridge Park, Dunnikier Park, Ravenscraig Park, the coastal path with sea views, historical Dysart and the Waterfront. The route is undulating with around 236 m of elevation and contains a mix of hills, flat sections and downhills.
The trail race is routed within and around Dunnikier Park, running through gently undulating woodland and tracks around the golf course before returning to the park. Surfaces on the trail route include grass, tarmac, gravel, soft trail and field edge, so appropriate footwear should be considered.
K107FM provides live coverage of the half marathon and information on rolling road closures. The festival lists a range of event merchandise such as hoodies, t shirts, running vests, caps and buffs.
