Sunburst Races - South Bend, IN
The Sunburst Races take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in South Bend, Indiana. Events start and finish at the Century Center, located at 120 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The race offerings include:
- Half Marathon
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
- 5K Fitness Walk (not timed)
Entry, rules and logistics
The event is presented by KeyBank and all race proceeds and donations benefit Beacon Children's Hospital. Registration fees vary by event and by individual or corporate team registration. Minimum ages on race day are 10 years for the half marathon and 6 years for the 10K, 5K run, and 5K fitness walk. Strollers, joggers, wagons, and baby carriers are allowed only in the 5K Fitness Walk. Bicycles, scooters, skates, rollerblades, and similar items are not permitted in any event.
Packet pickup options include in-person pickup at the Century Center on Friday, May 29 (bib and shirt available) or a mailing option if selected during registration (mailing option available until May 8). On race morning, only bibs are guaranteed at the information tent. The event notes that no refunds are offered under any circumstances; race insurance is available for purchase during registration.
