Summer Nights

Summer Nights is a trail running event organized by Essex Trail Events, taking place on July 23, 2025, at The Wheatsheaf in Hatfield Peverel, Essex. The race covers approximately 6 miles on a new self-navigation route, where participants use a written route description without course markings or marshals. The event is not a mass start; runners choose staggered start times between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Entry fees are £7 for affiliated runners and £9 for unaffiliated, including a £3 pub voucher. The race is timed, with a minimum age of 17, and dogs are not permitted. Results will be posted online after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
