Summer in Disguise 3K/5K Fun Run & Walk
The event is a family oriented fun run and walk held on July 11, 2026 at Michigan Beach Park Pavilion in Charlevoix, Michigan. It offers two marked distances and a route that begins and ends near the pavilion, runs along Park Avenue and Lakeshore Drive, then returns along the same course.

- 5K
Participants may wear superhero costumes; costumes are optional and varied examples are part of the event character. Signs will mark the 3K and 5K turnaround points. The event takes place rain or shine and recommends dressing accordingly. Strollers and leashed non aggressive pets are allowed on course. Parking is free.
Water and small snacks will be provided at the finish area. Swag bags are available for the first 30 adults to register and for children while supplies last. Registration opens March 23, 2026 and closes July 11, 2026. The registration fee is $20.00.
All proceeds support Safe Haven Ministries CHX, a local non profit that provides community services including free bi weekly breakfasts, a summer feeding program for lower income students, free school supply distribution, and an emergency men's winter homeless shelter.
