Central Lake Victory4Veterans 5K
The Central Lake Victory4Veterans 5K takes place in Central Lake on July 4, 2026. The course is an out-and-back that begins and ends at the downtown pavilion on North Street, at the corner of North St and Main St. The route is on paved roads and each participant will be chip timed. Proceeds support the Central Lake Veterans Center, AmVets Post 6986.
Online registration is $35 and includes a t-shirt for those who register by 06/20/2026; shirts will not be available after that date. Same day registration and packet pickup are available at the downtown pavilion on the morning of the race for $45. Registration will close on July 3. Manual registration is available at Central Lake Hardware and Lumber. No refunds will be issued.
Patriotic awards will be given to the first male and female overall finishers. The top three finishers in each age group will also receive awards, with an awards presentation at the downtown pavilion. Participants may run with baby strollers and leashed dogs and are asked to start near the back for safety. All participants must be off the course by 10:00 am to allow preparations for the Central Lake Fourth of July parade. Updates are posted on the event Facebook page.
