Stroke and Stride Series
Stroke and Stride is a low-key, chip timed swim-run series held at Turtle Lake Park in Shoreview, Minnesota. Each event pairs an 800 yard open-water swim with a 3.1 mile run, or a 1600 yard swim (two loops) with the same 3.1 mile run. Participants may also choose to enter only the swim or only the run.
Distances and options:
- 800 yard open-water swim plus 3.1 mile run
- 1600 yard swim (2 loops) plus 3.1 mile run
- Run only option
- Swim only option
The series comprises five events on these dates: June 23, July 7, July 21, August 4 and August 18. Registration choices include single events, any 2 dates, any 3 dates, or all 5 dates. Entrants register as an Individual or as a Relay Team. Events use chip timing and follow a swim-run multisport format at the listed venue.
