Twin Cities Twilight Relays
The Twin Cities Twilight Relays is the second annual four person team relay held at Thomas Beach on Bde Maka Ska in Minneapolis on July 17, 2026. Each team member runs an identical approximately 3.25 mile loop; teams cover about 13 miles total.
The event centers on a Relay Festival at Thomas Beach with team tents, a DJ, a food truck, and an Athletic Brewing nonalcoholic beer garden. It is a timed race with awards for top teams across multiple categories.
There are several registration options. A team captain creates and names a team and pays the full team registration fee at creation; captains may set a team password. Runners may join an existing team and are expected to reimburse their captain for their share of the fee. A singles registration option places individual registrants onto mixed teams and is offered at a reduced registration rate; singles registration is available only to those 18 or older and has a registration deadline of July 9.
