Striders Summer Slam
The Blacksburg Striders organize the Striders Summer Slam, an evening track meet on July 10, 2026 at Blacksburg High School's track, 3401 Bruin Lane, Blacksburg, VA. The event is open to all and has no entry fee.
Individual events are professionally timed and results will be published. Registration opens on 2026-06-14 and closes on 2026-07-10; registration is free and participants may register for multiple events. Heats are used when necessary and seeding varies by event.

- 100 meters, heats seeded by age group
- 800 meters, 2 laps, heats seeded by predicted times
- 4 x 400 meter relay, teams of 4, one lap each, not officially timed
- Youth 400 meters, one lap
