STRIDE Run Walk at Minto-Brown Island Park
The STRIDE event takes place at Minto-Brown Island Park in Salem, Oregon, with the start located near the picnic shelter off parking lot 3. This event is part of a series held monthly on Saturday mornings from May through September. The course utilizes hard trail surfaces throughout the park.
Participants can choose between two distances:
- 5k run or walk
- 10k run or walk
Strollers and dogs on a leash are permitted on the course. Event bibs are distributed on the day of the activity at the designated picnic shelter location. Digital maps are sent via email to those registered after 5 p.m. on the Friday preceding the event. The registration process remains open until the afternoon of the event day.
