Bush Park Thursday Nights in August 2026
A four-week race series held on Thursday evenings at Bush Park in Salem, Oregon. The series includes open 3 kilometer and 5 kilometer races and children’s track events. The final week is Ribbon/Awards Night.
Online registration opens in March and online signups close the Wednesday before each race night. Same day in-person registration is offered at the event. Children’s races are in-person registration only.
Distances and entry fees:
- 3 km (3000 m) : $10 entry
- 5 km (5000 m) : $10 entry
- 500 m kids race : free
- 1600 m kids race : free
WVRR club members receive discounted entry and club membership fees support the races, local high school cross country teams, a memorial scholarship fund, and the Willamette Valley Road Runners organization. For safety, strollers and pets are not allowed on the race courses. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
