Stockport Daffodil 10k (31 January 2027)
The Stockport Daffodil 10k is a closed road 10 kilometre race held in Hazel Grove, Stockport, with the route starting on Jackson's Lane and passing along Chester Road, Woodford Road and a section of the A555 Airport Link Road. The event is promoted by Sports Feet together with Crazy Legs Events and is licensed by UKA with a course measurement certificate.
Entries are open with fees listed as £28 for unaffiliated runners and £26 for UKA affiliated runners. A technical T shirt is available for entries registered before midnight on 30 November 2026; after that date the T shirt option is removed and a small supply will be available to purchase after the race for £15. The entry package also includes a pair of Hilly socks, a bespoke wooden medal, chip timing and race photos. There is a baggage store at Race HQ.
Prizes include cash awards for first male and first female, awards for second and third places, veteran prizes from age 40 and team prizes with three to count for male and female teams. Minimum age for entry is 16. Numbers and timing chips can be collected from the Sports Feet shop in Hazel Grove from Thursday 28 to Saturday 30 January or on the day of the event. Entrants who expect to take longer than 1 hour 45 minutes to complete the course are asked to inform the organisers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
