Stinson Lake 5K Run/Walk : Rumney, NH
The Stinson Lake 5K is an in-person fundraiser held on August 15, 2026, to support the Stinson Lake Association Lake Host Program, which works to protect Stinson Lake from aquatic invasive species. The field is capped at 200 participants.
The course is 3.1 miles, mostly paved, run as an out-and-back on Stinson Lake Road. The race starts and finishes on a dirt road at White Mountain Ranch beach, 75 Ranch Road, Rumney, NH, with a turnaround at the Stinson Lake public boat ramp.
Registration opens May 18, 2026. Early bird registration is $30 per person through July 15 and includes a T-shirt. Regular online registration is $35 per person from July 16 through August 12 and does not guarantee a T-shirt. Last-minute or race-day registration is $40 per person and is available in person on Friday, August 14 at the Stinson Lake Association Community Building and on the morning of August 15 at White Mountain Ranch beach; cash and check only for in-person registration.
A group discount of $5 off per person applies to online registrations of four or more entered in a single transaction. Awards include overall top three men and women, gender age-group winners, and team awards. A new Team Challenge recognizes categories such as Largest Team, Fastest Team, Top Fundraiser, Biggest Age Gap, and Best Team Spirit.
Community course signs are available for sponsorship at $100 each. Sponsors, raffle donors, volunteers, and committee members are being sought to support the event.
