Stanley Park 5K & 10K : 19 June 2027
Stanley Park 5K & 10K is a city park road race held on 19 June 2027 at Stanley Park, Priory Road, L4 0TQ, Liverpool. The event offers two distances on tarmac footpaths that stay inside the park.
The course follows flat footpaths within Stanley Park. Distance markers are placed each kilometre and marshals guide participants along the route. Elevation figures are provided for each race and the terrain is tarmac.
Included with entry are a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a secure bag drop. Water is available on course at the end of each lap and at the finish. Portable toilets are available in the event village and on course.
Practical arrangements mentioned for the day include an event village with food and drink options, a secure baggage marquee using a baggage tag attached to the race number, and free parking at Stanley Park car park a short walk from the event village though availability is not guaranteed.
The event lists Ykids as its 2027 charity partner; Ykids works to improve the lives and futures of children, young people and their families in deprived areas. Accessibility notes state that buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and should be mindful of other participants. Dogs are not permitted on the course; they may be kept on a lead in the event village.
