St. Pete Run Fest
St. Pete Run Fest is a three-day running festival held November 13–15 that combines road races, a public expo, and post-race entertainment. The event presents multiple race options on certified courses that run through downtown St. Pete, surrounding historic neighborhoods, colorful mural districts, and along the scenic waterfront including the St Pete Pier. Participants may see local wildlife such as birds, pelicans, and dolphins along the route.
Event highlights include an outdoor Health & Fitness Market (Good Sweat Festival), live music, local makers, and a post-race area with local food, craft beer, and wine. Race amenities on course include water and Gatorade at hydration stations and portable toilets at the start and along the routes. A bag/gear check is available near the start in Albert Whitted Park.
Distances and races:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles, certified, downtown and waterfront course
- 10K - 6.2 miles, route through downtown and St Pete Pier area
- 5K - 3.1 miles, waterfront run/walk featuring the Pier
- Kids Youth Runs
- VEG PeliPAWS Dog Walk (dogs not allowed on race courses)
Logistics and policies noted: packet pickup is at Albert Whitted Park and requires photo identification; online registration closes November 12, with in-person registration at packet pickup November 13–14 unless events sell out. Entries can be transferred through Race Roster prior to October 31 and deferred for 75% credit toward the following year if requested by October 30; there are no refunds. Minimum ages apply per event. Strollers are permitted on the Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K when starting from the back; dogs are not permitted on the race courses.
