Unified 5K - Tampa
The 2026 Unified 5K and AdaptXpo is an inclusive road race and adaptive sports expo held on December 5, 2026, at the University of Tampa, 401 W. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33606. This is the first annual Unified 5K event in Florida.
The event offers two course options:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile
Participants may run, walk, or roll, and the event is presented as a shared space where athletes with and without disabilities participate together. The AdaptXpo runs alongside the races and includes vendors and clinics representing organizations focused on health, inclusion, accessibility, assistive technology, and adaptive sports in the Tampa area.
The Unified 5K raises funds for AdaptX programs, including education, research, community events, and grant initiatives. The organizer also offers student entry options for Tampa students with a lower registration fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
