The St. Paddy's Day 5k takes place on March 14, 2026, at Trailside Brewing Co in Hendersonville, North Carolina (873 Lenox Park Dr, 28739). The event offers an in-person 5k and a youth Little Leprechaun Dash. The Little Leprechaun Dash is an untimed 0.25 mile sprint that starts and finishes at the same race arch as the 5k; parents may run or walk alongside children. A virtual 5k option is available for participants who wish to run remotely; virtual entrants receive race swag by mail within the US and are not eligible for awards.

Entry, inclusions, policies and awards
5k registrations include a finisher medal, a long sleeve race shirt, chip timing, one Trailside beer (21+) or nonalcoholic beverage, and a donation to Mills River Partnership. The Little Leprechaun Dash includes a finisher medal and race bib; youth small and medium shirt sizes are noted and an add-on option is offered.
Registration tiers and a limited number of spots are published. Transfers to a virtual entry are allowed up to five days before the event; after that a shipping fee applies or packets may be picked up in person. The organizer has a no refund, no deferral policy. An optional Race Roster enhanced protection program is offered separately and does not guarantee a refund.
Awards for the 5k include overall and age-category prizes for male, female and nonbinary divisions. Virtual runners are not eligible for awards. Strollers are allowed but must start at the back of the pack. Dogs are allowed at the brewery but not on the race course; service animals may be permitted with prior approval and documentation.
