Hendersonville's 14th Annual Turkey Trot 5K

Hendersonville's 14th Annual Turkey Trot 5K is an unsanctioned, all-ages event on November 26, 2026 in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The event benefits Hope Coalition and offers a 3.1 Miles run/walk for participants, including those who choose to wear costumes.

The course begins in front of City Hall on 6th Avenue, continues down Main Street to the Ecusta Trail, loops on the Ecusta Trail, then returns onto 5th Avenue to finish at City Hall. The event is scheduled to proceed in rain, shine, or snow.

Registration fees vary by date: Early Bird (July 23 - October 3) $28, October 4 - October 31 $31, November 1 - November 23 $34, and November 24 - 26 $38. All registrations are non refundable. A long-sleeve Turkey Trot tee is included with registration when available but is not guaranteed after November 10 at midnight; a limited number of tees will be available for purchase the morning of the run for $25 each. Children sizes are available only in short sleeves.

Packet pickup is at the Hope Coalition Youth Connection Center, 301 N Justice St., with sessions on November 23 and November 24 and 25, plus a morning pickup on November 26. The event offers fun prizes for fastest male and female, fastest youth (12 and under), best costume, best group costume, farthest traveled, and best pet costume.
