Hendersonville's 13th Annual Turkey Trot is a community 5K run held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The unsanctioned course begins on Main Street in front of the First Citizens Plaza, loops through downtown Hendersonville, and finishes back at the Plaza. The event benefits Hope Coalition, an organization focused on preventing substance misuse among youth and supporting long-term recovery for people affected by alcohol and drug addiction.

Registration includes a long-sleeve Turkey Trot shirt (sizes guaranteed through November 1), goody bags, and prize categories for fastest male, fastest female, fastest youth (12 and under), best costume, and best pet costume. A virtual option is offered for supporters who prefer to run on their own course and time.

Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the Hope Coalition Recovery Community Center, 225 S Grove St, and on race day at the race start; unclaimed packets may be sold after the race start. Registration pricing changes by date: early-bird period, a mid-period rate, and a later rate with an increase after November 24, 2025. The event is held regardless of weather.
