Participant information
Discounted in-person entry prices listed in the event material are: 8K priced at $49.99 (reduced from $80 while the discount applies) and 5K priced at $39.99 (reduced from $60 while the discount applies). Virtual event registration deadlines are noted: the virtual 5K registration ends November 18, 2025 at 8:00am CST and the virtual 8K registration ends November 17, 2025 at 8:00am CST.
The Kids Dash is free, 100 meters long, open to children 8 and under, and all finishers receive a ribbon. The 5K Kid's Division Fun Run is open to ages 12 and under and includes an untimed bib and a finish line donut. The event offers RaceJoy features such as live GPS tracking, GPS progress alerts, send-a-cheer audio messages, and virtual results for virtual events; participants must carry a phone to use these features.
