St. John's School Eagle 5K
The 13th annual St. John's School Eagle 5K takes place at St. John's School in Hollywood, Maryland on October 31, 2026. The event includes both in-person and virtual race options and raises funds for the St. John's School scholarship fund, with 20 percent of proceeds donated to the MedStar Georgetown Cancer Institute at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital. The run began in memory of a former longtime principal.
Race offerings include multiple distances and youth categories:

On-site activities and event attractions include a cornhole tournament, a 1 Mile color run for children that asks participants to bring a plain white T shirt, a dunking booth, bounce houses and a youth bounce obstacle course competition, flag football, face painting, vendor food trucks, and door prizes.
Registration fees are tiered by age and date. Early and later price ranges are published by the organizer and registration includes a T shirt, commemorative bib, and chip.
