Mully’s Tírnanog Trot 5K
The Mully’s Tírnanog Trot is a 5K event held on March 14 at Mully’s Brewery in Prince Frederick, MD. The race is part of a larger Fitness by the Pint event at the brewery that includes vendors and information booths from fitness groups, spas and health businesses, plus a food truck and Mully’s beer. Points from the race count toward the Year-Long 5k and Back of the Pack Series and toward the Winter Series.
Entry fees are listed at $45 for the 5K. Registered runners receive a pint and a commemorative cup, and the event is chip timed. Event shirts are guaranteed for runners who register by February 28; shirts ordered after that date are subject to availability on a first come first served basis.
A virtual race option is available for those who cannot attend on race day. Live race results are posted on Athlinks and a QR code at the race provides immediate access to results; final results with series points are posted the Monday after the event. Packet pickup is available at the venue and same day registration is offered with limited shirt availability. One water station is located at the median on Skipjack Road near Hallowing Point Road. Mully’s provides three gender neutral, handicap accessible indoor restrooms. Race officials may delay, change or postpone the event for weather; registered participants will be notified of changes.
