The Krampus Krawl at Maryland International Raceway is a road race held on December 14 at Maryland International Raceway in Mechanicsville, MD. Distances offered:

The event counts points toward the organizer’s year-long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack series and toward the Fall Series. A virtual race option is available. Registered participants receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (Dri-fit) event shirt, and the event is chip timed. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for runners registered before Dec 3.
Course, logistics and awards
The course is flat and paved on a raceway. Water stations are located at the 5k turnaround and the start/finish, with additional water stations on the 10k at approximately miles 1.55, 3.10 and 4.65; Gatorade will be available at some stations. Restrooms are available at the start/finish line and portajohns are onsite. Packet pickup is available at the event; organizers recommend arriving about one hour before a runner’s event. Race day registration is offered, though t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for race-day registrants. Live results will be posted online and via a QR code at the race.
Awards are presented to the top three men and women overall and to 1st and 2nd place male and female in standard age groups from 19 & under through 70+. Runners who place top three overall are not eligible for age-group awards.
