St. Joe Valley Happy Trail Run
The event takes place on November 14, 2026 at St. Patrick's County Park in St. Joseph County, South Bend, Indiana. Organizers state that proceeds will go to Rhyme & Reason Ministry to support people with developmental disabilities, cognitive delays, social skill deficits, and foster and adopted youth. The trails are described as beginner-friendly and scenic.
Distances offered:
- 1 Mile: out and back route.
- 5K: one loop.
- 10K: two loops.
- Half Marathon: four loops, then the 1 mile out and back to total 13.1 miles.
Pets may spectate but are not allowed on the course with runners or walkers. There are no same-day sign ups. Half marathon participants must begin their fourth and final lap by 11:30 am EST. Packet pick-up is available at St. Patrick's County Park on Friday, November 13 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, or on event day before the race; participants who pick up on race day are asked to arrive about 30 minutes before their event begins. Race shirts can be purchased for $7.50 if registered by October 20, 2026. All distances will be chip-timed by Watts My Time.
